In
a sporting career spanning 3 decades I have won many sporting events,
both nationally and internationally. I am a life long Drug free strength
athlete and in my weightlifting career I have lifted in and supported
all Drug free weightlifting associations. As an International athlete
I have always tried to be a role model to others with my anti drug
views and the healthy life style I lead.

Since
I finished as a competitive strength athlete, I have studied for and
looked into many training methods. Kettlebells are by far the best
strength and conditioning tool I have ever used and only wish I had
found out about the benefits of kettlebell training 10 years ago.
I truly believe that kettlebells will be the major tool in my strength
training for the rest of my life, and I was proud to be invited to
train with Stan Pike and become an instructor and promoter of the
benefits of kettlebell training. As well as kettlebells, the other
activity I have undertaken and fully believe compliments kettlebell
training is Yoga. I am gradually becoming a yoga nut and would like
to complete my teacher training in the future. Tai Chi completes my
trio of new training activities.
I
have written numerus kettlebell training articles for Mark Shaw’s
Strength Athlete magazine and other strength related articles for
Milo. Look for further articles in future editions of these magazines.
If
you would like further information on Strength and conditioning and
kettlebell training please feel free to call me for one on one training.
