UKKA Kettlebell Instructor Level 1.
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Occupation: Development Officer for Physical Training
Email: ryan9281@hotmail.co.uk

As a former Physical Training Instructor in the British Army's elite Parachute Regiment, physical fitness has always been at the forefront of my life. My Army career culminated with a 2 year posting, training raw recruits up to a standard where they can attempt the P-Company selection course for service within the Airborne Forces.

Since discovering Kettlebells as a training tool; my strength, flexibility and overall conditioning have dramatically improved. Having received one-to-one tutelage by Chief Instructor Stan Pike and attained my Level 1 Instructors course, I am currently in the process of introducing Kettlebells to the United Arab Emirates with optimistic expectations. No other training tool offers the versatility, progression and functionality of Kettlebells.
