The UKKA was established in 2003 to promote Safe and Effective Kettlebell Training© due to the increasing interest in an old fashioned way of keeping fit, and is the longest running Kettlebell Organisation in the UK. More and more physiotherapists are turning to this type of exercise now that they are beginning to understand the huge benefits Kettlebells give over traditional exercise machines. Not only that but they are also fun and easy to use.
