"I have been involved in the fitness industry for the last 5 years, completing a H.N.D in Fitness, health and Exercise and became Scotland's first CrossFit certified instructor in 2005. Since then I have also become BWLA Instructor (Olympic Weightlifting) and most recently a UKKA Kettlebell Instructor-qualifying in September 2007

Kettlebells have played a part in my training for the last 4 years. I have incorporated them into my own train and that of my clients.
