Work areas are Exmouth and Exeter (Devon area), although I can instruct at
my home.

I specialise in training for all-round fitness and will happily train anyone
from novices to competitve sportsmen.

Royal Marine Physical Training Instructor
UKKA Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor
British Weight Lifters Association Leader Award
NVQ Level 3 in Coaching, Teaching and Instructing
Currently undertaking the SAQ International Diploma

Rugby Union Level 1 Coach
National Pool and Beach Lifeguard
Amateur Swimming Association Level 1 Teacher
