I have just received my copy of “The Kettlebell Bible.” It is the best training manual I have read.
As a lover of all things iron, it was a pleasure to read. The section on the “old school” weight lifters was a joy.
The amount of detail contained cannot be beaten. This is the ONLY fitness manual you will ever need.
As a serving soldier I need to be fit to fight, and I believe kettlebells along with your book to be the key to peak
performance. I am training hard and am looking to compete, and perhaps attend your coaching course with my brother in the near future.
