Information:
I have trained with kettlebells in various forms for the last two
years, and consider them a vital part of keeping myself injury free
and functionally fit and strong for a very physically demanding profession.
The kettlebell is also my secret weapon in preparing for the World’s
Toughest Firefighter Alive competition, in which I represent the UK.
I have also introduced the kettlebell to two of my colleagues who
have been plagued with back injuries, after one month training with
the bells they are now both rehabilitated, back at work, frontline
firefighting and feel fitter, stronger and more capable than before,
without any recurrence or symptoms of their back problems.
I have been fortunate
enough, over the last year to train with two UKKA Level 2 Instructors
as training partners so focus and form always have to remain 100%!
This is something I stress to any clients or trainees using the bells.
